Sergey Brin, Russia Co-founded a little company called Google. 4. Jerry Yang, Taiwan Immigrated knowing one English word: “shoe”, co-founded Yahoo. 5. Salma Hayek, Mexico Actor/producer/model, we don’t hear Trump demanding walls around her. 6. Yao Ming, China Played in the NBA for the Houston Rockets. 7. Christine Amanpour, UK British-Iranian descent, leading news correspondent. 8. Jackie Chan, Hong Kong Actor/director/producer, martial arts legend. 9. Pierre Omidyar, France Son of Iranian immigrants, founded Ebay. 10. Steve Jobs’ dad, Syria Steve co-founded Apple, so if you are reading this on an iPhone you can thank him.
