The 2019 Global Peace Index report was released today, and has revealed that the average level of global peacefulness slightly improved over the last year, for the first time in over five years. Iceland ranked the most peaceful country, followed by New Zealand. The USA ranked 128th and Afghanistan was the least peaceful at ranking 163.
